Our Performance Labs are designed around the realities leaders, supervisors and teams encounter every day.
The Performance Labs below represent a selection of our work—not a complete list.
Each Performance Lab is informed by current research in organizational behaviour, organizational psychology and adult learning, together with leading organizational practice. Our work draws on sources that include Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and peer-reviewed literature.
Supervisory Leadership: Clarity and Accountability: Clarify the supervisor’s role, decision-making authority and accountability. This supports more consistent execution, clearer communication and stronger operational performance.
Difficult Conversations and Conflict Resolution: Build the confidence and skill to address concerns with fairness and respect. This can prevent conflict from escalating, protect working relationships and keep attention on operational priorities.
Leading Under Pressure: Maintain sound judgment and clear communication during shutdowns, turnarounds and demanding operational periods. This supports safer decisions, steadier execution and operational resilience.
Understanding Neurodiversity at Work: Recognize neurodiversity as a gift to the workplace, bringing different perspectives, strengths and ways of thinking. This can strengthen problem-solving, collaboration, innovation and retention.
Psychological Safety and Speaking Up: Create conditions where employees feel able to raise concerns, ask questions and share ideas. This supports earlier identification of risk, stronger learning and better operational decisions.
Communication Across Teams: Strengthen coordination across departments, shifts and levels of responsibility. This can reduce missed handoffs and rework while supporting more reliable execution.
Onboarding and Keeping Good People: Guide new employees in understanding expectations, contributing sooner and building a stronger connection to the organization. This can improve readiness, retention and organizational continuity.
Connecting People to Performance: Make the connection between everyday decisions, behaviours and operational results clear. This supports stronger ownership of KPIs, clearer priorities and more consistent performance.
