With over 30 years of experience across business and industry, she blends academic insight with practical expertise to create training that truly resonates. Carolyn studied business, psychology, and sociology at the University of Western Ontario, and holds multiple certifications in Organizational Training and Development from respected institutions including Development Dimensions International, Career Lifeskills, and Langevin Learning. Her approach is both research-driven and grounded in real-world application, shaped by collaborations with leading organizations such as Imperial Oil, Shell Canada, Nova Chemicals, Arlanxeo, Waterville TG, and Lambton College. Carolyn’s work continues to inspire inclusive leadership, thoughtful communication, and meaningful workplace transformation.
